Turkey ballotine with chestnut and sage stuffing smoked bacon wrapped sausage, roast potatoes and cranberry sauce

Slow braised lamb shank on creamy mashed potato with rosemary and onion  jus

Pan fried Gressingham duck on Chinese greens with spiced plum sauce

6 oz rump steak with green peppercorn sauce served with parmentier potatoes and onion rings

Grilled fillet of  Salmon with vermouth and chive cream sauce served with Lyonnaise potatoes

Chicken supreme on crushed roasted potatoes with bacon crisp and Madeira jus

Risotto of mushrooms, topped with toasted pine nuts, parmesan shavings and rocket
